- Represented Skill Challenge Entertainment on the master agreement for the “Clash on the Dunes” bout between Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua II, which took place in Ad Diriyah, in 2019. Drafting and reviewing agreements with the General Sports Authority and various stakeholders that took part in the ‘Diriyah Season’ boxing event.
- Advised three Spanish companies who were part of the Haramain HighSpeed Rail Project consortium (Medina - Jeddah – Makkah) on variousgeneral legal matters.
- Advised a client on a $2bn privatisation project in the sports and entertainment sector in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia.
- Advised the Public Transportation Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on regulatory matters.
- Advised clients on real estate development transactions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Switzerland.
- Advise clients on compliance matters in relation to Saudi Arabian laws and general regulatory matters.
- Advising and assisting the dispute resolution team on matters related to arbitration and litigation.
- Advised a client on matters related to an IPO process in Saudi Arabia.
- Advised and contributed to the largest comparative study of legislation for disaster risk reduction done by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in 2014.
