- Advising and assisting with processes of establishment and incorporation of foreign companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Advising and assisting several Saudi leading companies in their foreign investment with complex structures in compliance with Shariah.
- Advising and assisting several worldwide companies, in various structuring matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Advising and assisting several worldwide companies, in various structuring matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Assisting with the legal preparation of a cross-border bid, for a leading investment bank.
- Drafting and reviewing various government contracts and cooperation agreements.
- Representation of Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair & Company, a Saudi Arabian publicly traded company, in connection with its SAR 340 million acquisition of certain assets operating in the F&B sector.
- Representation in connection with various set-ups and incorporations of joint-ventures between foreign and local partners in the GCC.
- Advising clients on compliance matters in relation to local Saudi Arabian laws and general regulatory matters.
- Advising numerous of Saudi and foreign companies in connection with various matters including corporate, commercial, and labour matter.
